First :- Gratitude
Every day write in your journal about things you are grateful for during your day, wherever you are, no matter how small or big these things . Enjoy the details, whatever they are. You can write them in five minutes or in an hour, this is up to you.
The key idea here is to always have your heart full of gratitude and we still focus on what is wrong in our lives and we have to fight this nowadays , This is done with focused gratitude and a great way to do that is to write in .your journal every day and start refocus the way you see the world.
In order to be successful in a job, you must work on seizing opportunities instead of looking for problems.
Second :- Savour
Savour your life. When you drink a cup of coffee, don't think about your email. Have a cup of coffee and taste it. savour the flavor. Savour the coffee. Savour your environment. If you spend your life tasting things, relationships and conversations with friends with your children, life will become richer.
Third:- Find meaning in your work
All work is an opportunity to render a service, all work is an opportunity to express your gifts and talents, all work is an opportunity to be useful to others, all work is an opportunity to change the world, and it is up to you to find meaning of your work, whatever you do, to feel every day that you are In a task, you must find meaning for your work, and this is a great source of happiness.
